Ramón y Cajal, 5 Valladolid, Spain. javgua@hotmail.com A malignant granular cell tumor is a high-grade sarcoma with a high rate of metastasis, local recurrence and short survival. We describe a patient who underwent orthotopic heart transplantation due to a metastatic unresectable malignant granular cell tumor.
